ORCHARD Real Estate Alliance began life as a family business in our original Orchard Offices on Rathfarnham's Main Street. Stephen Riney founded the Company over thirty-five years ago and it has developed and grown to its present successful size.
 
In 2000 we moved to our present modern offices in Rathfarnham Village at the junction of Butterfield Avenue, Main Street and the Rathfarnham Bypass. Our directors, Kevin Riney, Rory Crerar and Pat Riney, together with a highly motivated and professional team, provided a comprehensive property service, i.e. residential sales/rentals, commercial sales/rentals, valuations, rent reviews, professional consultancy, etc., to the South Dublin area and beyond.

Since joining Real Estate Alliance, ORCHARD now has a National Property Portfolio which will enable us to provide a more comprehensive service to our clients, as we can research and source properties on a national basis.
